Meet the Owner
Crissy M. Ellis has been professionally preparing income tax for 27+ years, she has worked with several tax firms throughout the years before branching out on her own starting her own business. She has been operating her own tax firm for the past 7 years and she does taxes virtually for those clients that live out of state or if a client just doesn’t want to come in office and she also prepares taxes in her brick and mortar location in the Heights area of Houston, Tx. Ms. Ellis is very knowledgeable when it comes the tax laws and regulations. She is also certified as a Notary Public Officer and provides this service to clients in office as well. Ms. Ellis believes that all clients should be treated with kindness and they should always be educated about their particular tax situation because filing taxes is more than just inputting data in the system. Ms. Ellis educates all her clients to ensure they know why they owe or why they are getting a certain refund amount. She also talks to clients about saving and investing, as well as how to reduce their tax liability and what credits they may be eligible for.
